SportsSkills is an educational platform designed to help users learn about the NBA Collective Bargaining Agreement and develop sports agency skills. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial periods except where required by law.
All content on the Platform, including AI-generated flashcards, practice questions, and scenarios, is the property of SportsSkills or its licensors. The NBA CBA is a publicly available document; our interpretation and educational content built around it is proprietary.

SportsSkills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
