StadiumSkills is an educational platform designed to help users learn the NBA and NFL Collective Bargaining Agreements and develop sports agency skills. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the Platform without written permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. StadiumSkills reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial periods except where required by law.
All content on the Platform, including AI-generated flashcards, practice questions, and scenarios, is the property of StadiumSkills or its licensors. The NBA and NFL CBAs are publicly available documents; our interpretation and educational content built around them is proprietary.

StadiumSkills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
